The Belfry Hotel & Resort - Sutton Coldfield

we recently enjoyed a stay at the belfry and found the hotel overall quite lovely. the welcome at reception was warm, and our room was beautifully decorated and spacious. we thoroughly enjoyed our meals, especially at the ryder grill, where the food was delicious. the attention from the staff at the bar was also commendable, creating a pleasant atmosphere for our evening drinks.

My room was great-sized, had a large bathroom.

the staff rushed through everything without really explaining things. I felt like they were just trying to check boxes. It left us all confused and not really enjoying the experience.

The room was very fairly good, lovely bed. Overall the service was terrific.

This place was famous in general with an accommodating staff team. The room was tidy with really nice touch, bath, for example and the location was handy. All in all a really nice stay, the venue met requirements.

Just had the best romantic getaway at this fine hotel! The grandeur of the place really sets the mood, and we loved the clean, modern room. The breakfast was fantastic - a real treat to start the day! Plus, it's conveniently located for exploring the beautiful golf courses nearby. We also enjoyed the amazing Italian restaurant on-site; definitely a must-try!

The loud generator near our room was a bit annoying early in the morning, and service at the bar could be slow at times. A couple of little hiccups, but they didn't ruin our overall experience. Looking forward to coming back!

We recently enjoyed a romantic two-night getaway at the Belfry, and the surrounding scenery was amazing. The room was spacious and well-appointed, creating an inviting atmosphere for our anniversary trip. The complimentary three-course meal was a good touch, and while the ambiance could improve, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I cannot recommend this hotel.

Consider using the extensive spa services for relaxation. the hydropool is a hidden gem worth the visit.

Ideal break for my sisters birthday, we wanted to workout, have light dinner, party hard then chill out.. strongly recommend to others wanting similar break as all boxes where ticked for us. Excellent room service and the best breakfast i have experienced in buffet style.. Nikki and Cheryl Leicestershire.

Price of aqua experience a little high for what is on offer..

The hotel is generally much "tattier" than 12-18 months ago when I last stayed there, carpet thread bare in places held together with tape!. The rooms are really showing there age, not a four star golf resort to me. The shower in my room was poor to say the least, tv reception was more are less non existant, its just not acceptable to have levels lower than your average home. Good job I only stayed a short time due to business commitments.

The hydropool was fantastic, but the iron in the room didn't work.
