The hydropool was fantastic, but the iron in the room didn't work.

Had a fantastic time with friends, exploring the amazing golf courses and enjoying the Cocktail Masterclass. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was vibrant. We loved hanging out at the bar and soaking in the stunning views. Great spot for a fun group getaway!

Our room was quite small and overlooked a noisy area, which made sleeping difficult. This could take away from the overall experience.

The Classic Twin Room was decent but a bit cramped for our stay. The room was clean and had comfy beds, but the noise from outside made it hard to sleep. The ventilation was also a bit annoying at times. kind of what you'd expect but didn't wow me.

Breakfast offered a great variety, and I loved all the choices available. A little downside was the noise from children in the pool area. it felt a bit chaotic at times. I noticed some areas of the hotel could use better maintenance.

Absolutely loved the homemade ice-cream at the Ryder restaurant! The lunch was pretty good too, and the staff were genuinely helpful. Got to kick back with some great cocktails in the lounge bar. Score!

But the TV had a limited selection—where's Netflix? Plus, £20.95 for brekkie is a bit cheeky. I had to chase for Nespresso pods and the WiFi was slow as molasses!

we had a fantastic second stay in sutton coldfield! the golf courses were even better than i remembered, with perfectly manicured greens. the staff were super friendly and the dining options were delicious, especially the breakfast with freshly baked pastries.

Had a decent experience for a couple's night out. The dinner at the restaurant was really good, but the room was basic and had some stains. the main bar was way too loud for chatting properly. Breakfast was a highlight, definitely one of the best I've had! Just wish the soundproofing was better.
